'A Summer Wedding Story' is one example of our event services. 

 

The Engagement Pictures were taken.  'Save the Dates' sent to the guests, and then, the wedding fun began with plans  for the ceremony which would be held in Sioux City.  The rehearsal dinner and wedding reception would take place in venues overlooking the Missouri River.

 

As requested by the bride and groom, the look of the wedding would be 'rustic elegance' which seem to be contradictory styles, and yet, as they say 'opposites attract' (or) as we noticed, rustic and elegance do play well together.  The  wedding and rehearsal invitations, the couple's website, the cake and their wedding  events  carried through the rustic elegance theme. 

 

Decorations for the church, the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception centered around the natural elements of each venue:  Soft sunlight reflected in mercury glass, crystal and the river.  The Midwest vintage appeal were evident in the couple's color choices, including mint green, ivory lace, burlap, red accents and lush baby's breath, hydrangeas and calla lilies. 

 

The specialness of the day was centered  on the ceremony and music which were personal to the couple.  The florist, photographer, church and other venue coordinators were on top of all details and excited for the couple.  Friends and family came to share in the joy and to celebrate this marriage. 

 

As the dinner and evening toasts ended, the dancing began.  Guests wandered outside to take in the long sunset over the river and a surprise fireworks display at dark.  The couple noted that it was the best day of their life.  We wish them many more happy life events and memories.
